Benefits of Yoga

There are many different types of yoga including Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, and Kundalini. Yoga can have many benefits for a person’s physical and mental health. Studies have shown that it can help with chronic pain, arthritis, headaches and even carpal tunnel syndrome. Yoga can also lower blood pressure by regulating the blood flow in your body and can also reduce insomnia. Practising yoga can be a great way to relax, restore and bring the body back to the basics of breathing.

At Nourish & Flow
We are delighted that Brigid Sheahan will be joining us again this year to host some relaxing and regenerating yoga sessions. The classes will take place on Saturday and Sunday morning to give us that much needed stretch to get us up and going ready for the day ahead.
