Sleep, something we all need, but often don't get enough of it and therefore do not gain the true benefits from it. This year at Nourish & Flow, you can book one to one sessions with one of our many therapists, each of whom can help you deal with sleep issues.

We will also have a sleep coach with us who will facilitate a Sleeping Workshop! During the workshop you will be given some hints and tips on how to get a good nights sleep and some guided meditation practice.

The great thing is that you don't have to wait until you get home to put these tips into practice! We hope you will head off for a guilt free, sneaky nap in your beautiful bell tent over the weekend and enjoy every second of it.
