What is Nourish & Flow?
Nourish & Flow is Irelands only transformative wellness festival dedicated to Menopause Wellness .curated to provide a rejuvenating experience for individuals navigating Perimenopause, Menopause, and Post Menopause. Nestled in the serene surroundings of Ballykilcavan Farm and Brewery, Stradbally, Co. Laois, this two-night retreat from August 23rd to 25th, 2024, transcends the ordinary. Tailored talks by subject matter experts, engaging workshops, and soul-soothing activities, such as sound baths and breathwork, create a sanctuary for well-being. It's an opportunity to reshape perspectives on the menopause journey, featuring expert insights, a Nature Spa, luxury accommodations, and a vibrant community gathering. Nourish & Flow is more than an event; it's an empowering celebration of strength and wisdom in this unique life stage.

What do I need to bring?
This is an outdoor event and you will be camping. Although the events are taking place under shelters, you still need to come prepared or all weathers. Here is a check list of what we advised people to bring last year. And don’t forget, your car will be minutes away from you so you can just leave it all in the car if you don’t need it.

Can I bring my children along?This is an adult only event

Is this a female only event?Nope, we welcome all adults along to our events

Will there be photography and filming?Yes, we will have a photographer and videographer all weekend recording footage for our social media and website pages. If you do not wish to feature in these images you must let us know in advance.

FOOD AND DRINK

Is there alcohol available to purchase?No. There is no alcohol served at this event. You can bring a bottle of wine if you fancy a glass in the evening after all the events are finished and a plastic glass to drink from. There are no fridge or ice facilities on site so keep this in mind.

What food is served & do you cater for dietary needs?
We will be serving a set menu over the weekend and can cater for dietary needs but must be told in advance. We want to ensure we provide healthy nutritious food but do not worry, you will not be eating lettuce all weekend. The meals will be wholesome and hot and keep you going all weekend. Meals provide are on

Friday: Dinner
Saturday: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Sunday: Breakfast & Lunch.

What time to I arrive?We are open from 13:00 on Friday 23rd August. Events start at 17:30. Dinner is served at 18:30. Please note that no lunch is provided on Friday. We are opening early to allow you to book an early one to one treatment or book into our Nature Spa on Friday afternoon before the events start. If you do arrive early, please ensure you bring a snack to last you until dinner time.

GLAMPING

What kind of accommodation is provided?
You will be staying in a glamping style furnished bell tent over the weekend.
There is no electricity provided to each tent, but phone charging stations are available.  
The tent will be furnished as follows.

·Raised Foam Airbed (1 double bed per guest)
·Pillows, sheets, duvet and throws
·Side table & rug
·Ambient lighting

Over the weekend you can book in for a private one to one session for any of the below therapies
