At Nourish & Flow
Níall from Breathe with Níall facilitating a Fundamentals of the Wim Hof method group workshop. As we have a large group we will be using mini ice baths in order to expose our hands or feet to the cold and use the breathing methods. Níall will teach us breathing methods to help us cope with the experience. In our interview with Níall, he explains how and why this type of exposure to the cold is often harder than the full on ice bath!

Níall has also kindly given us two tickets to give away at Nourish & Flow for one of his full workshops which take place throughout the country.
