Sleep Coach


Meet Treasa. Treasa has one main mission in life; to make people happier and healthier through sleep optimisation. Treasa believes that even though we all know how to “sleep”, that we are not getting the full benefit of our rest.

Treasa is focused on helping people that are worn out to regain energy, focus & happiness via her one to one sleep coaching sessions & Optimal Sleep workshops.  From ballet dancing in her 20's to becoming a licensed Zumba instructor and founding the “Revolution Project Ltd”, Treasa has had a wonderfully varied journey in bringing health and well-being to the masses in Ireland.

At Nourish & Flow
This year Treasa will be hosting a Sleeping Workshop on Saturday morning. This may sound like we are all just going to have a nap, but during the workshop, Treasa will be talking all things sleep and giving us some hints and tips to help get a better nights sleep and wake up feeling rested and ready for the day ahead.
